Jay Bassett

Jay is originally from Marietta, GA and graduated from Harrison High School. He went on to complete his undergraduate degree in Kinesiology from Georgia Southern University, and received his doctorate in physical therapy from Georgia State University in 2009.

Jay is a member of the American Physical Therapy Association and the Physical Therapy Association on Georgia. He is certified as a specialist in orthopedic physical therapy by the American Board of Physical Therapy Specialties.

Jay resides in Mableton with his wife Jessica and daughter Thea. They are members of the Trinity Anglican Mission Church. Jay’s activities include running marathons, gardening, traveling, and following the Atlanta Braves.
